Filip Lundstedt
Filip Lundstedt’s path to becoming one of the most experienced independent insurance brokers in the country didn’t start with success. It started with survival. Coming out of the car business frustrated and flat broke — Section 8 housing, food pantries, and a young daughter depending on him — Filip stumbled into the insurance industry in 2004 on the back of an outlandish promise that he’d make half a million dollars in his first year. It didn’t happen that way. But what did happen changed everything.
Today, Filip operates across 18 states, represents over 96 carriers, and leads an agency of active producers specializing in Medicare, under-65 health insurance strategies, and group benefits. He’s the author of two best-selling books, host of The Apex Edge podcast, and a recognized voice in the insurance industry on what it actually takes to build a sustainable, scalable practice.

Joshua represents the visionary, aspirational, and high-altitude elements of leadership within Iron Apex. The eagle is an apex predator that operates above the noise — capable of seeing the broader landscape and identifying opportunities from miles away. His approach is about elevating perspective and refusing to be tethered by mediocrity.
The eagle motif embodies a behavioral doctrine: eagles do not flock with pigeons. They fly alone or with other eagles at high altitudes. Joshua challenges leaders to rise above their current circumstances, sharpen their vision, and operate with absolute clarity and authority. He brings the elevated perspective that transforms how leaders see their businesses, their teams, and their potential.
